The breakfast was marvellous with a wide array of different food on offer. I was greeted by an amazingly nice and accommodating receptionist who made the stay a really great experience. Stayed for 1 day and didn't want to leave, I will be returning here soon.
Nothing, all great.

Attending a meeting at Kurhaus, the hotel's close proximity was very convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even waiting until 23:00 for my late check-in due to train delays. The room was impeccably clean and the breakfast was outstanding, with a sustainable approach to minimize waste. Loved the option to enjoy drinks on the beautiful terrace and the added bonus of a balcony in our double room. Will definitely stay here again!
Can recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved the charming and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration was done with such attention to detail, especially in the common areas. It made me feel like I was staying in a traditional German home. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like me, with easy navigation throughout the building and helpful signage.
I would have appreciated a bit more assistance from the staff when it came to navigating the town and finding activities suitable for senior guests. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit busy and overwhelmed, and I would have liked a bit more guidance to make my vacation even better.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the Stuttgart/Sindelfingen/Northern Black Forest area. It is located close to the river, making it the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Black Forest. The rooms, although a little bit old-fashioned, are really clean and spacious. The suite we were upgraded to had two balconies, a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom. The breakfast was simply outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including different types of breads, cheeses, hams. The dining room had a cozy atmosphere, making it a great way to start the day.
Ative: All in all, this hotel ticked all the boxes and there was nothing that we could fault.

Great breakfast! Lots of options to choose from and we found the perfect croissants and fresh juice to start our mornings. The location is ideal for a little romantic escape, with plenty of beautiful parks and riverside walks nearby. The cleanliness of the room was also a plus, with fresh towels and linens provided daily.
The customer service was lacking, with the staff seeming disinterested and unwelcoming. the room was smaller than expected and lacked proper amenities, such as a kettle or mini-fridge.

I loved the town's historic charm, with its imposing church and well-preserved walls. The nature park was perfect for outdoor activities, and the sparkling brooks added a touch of magic. The hotel's location was ideal, surrounded by pine forests and close to the spa facilities.
Oh, and how could I forget? The lack of travel cot for my son made for such a relaxing bedtime.
